These terms cover this website only. Our distribution, YouTube rights management and other services are provided under a separate written agreement signed with each client. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. The website describes our services in general terms, and the scope, fees and conditions for each client are set in their agreement.

Applications

Sending the application form asks us to review your catalog. It does not create a contract, and we are free to accept or decline any application. When you apply, you confirm that:

• if you apply for a company or label, you are authorised to do so.

Some figures, track names, codes and screenshots on this website are sample data that show how our tools work, and are labelled as such. They are not a forecast or a promise of streams, revenue or any other result.
