Our clients trust us with their catalogs, their royalty data and their contact details. This page describes how we protect that information and how to tell us if you find a problem.

Hosted in the European Union

Our systems run on Microsoft Azure, in data centres located in the European Union. We do not run our own servers. Azure is independently audited against recognised security standards, including ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2, and takes care of the physical security, networking and availability of the infrastructure.

Encryption in transit

Every connection to this website uses HTTPS, so the data you send, including the application form, is encrypted between your browser and our servers.

We collect as little as we need

• This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
• The application form asks only for what we need to review a catalog and reply.
• Applications are delivered straight to our team's inbox. The website itself keeps no database of them.

Access and credentials

The keys and passwords our systems use are stored in the cloud provider's protected configuration, never in the website's code. Applications and client data are available only to the members of the Brandtube team who need them for their work.

Data protection compliance

Brandtube is a Romanian company and handles personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

If a security incident puts personal data at risk, we notify the Romanian data protection authority and the people affected, as the GDPR requires.

Report a security problem

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website or in a Brandtube system, write to madalin@brandtube.ro. Please include:

• where the problem is (the address or feature);
• the steps to reproduce it;
• what you think its impact is.

We ask that you give us reasonable time to fix the problem before making it public, and that you do not access, change or delete data that is not yours while testing. We will not take legal action against anyone who reports a problem in good faith and follows these rules.
